Enjoy a tranquil drive to the many unique towns, including Trentham Falls for breathtaking nature walks, Kyneton for it's iconic country bakery or Daylesford for a day of rejuvenation in the Hepburn Hot Springs.

Have a picnic at Hanging Rock
Indulge in the rich local produce.
Due to the rich volcanic soil, contrasting seasons and bountiful water supply, the area is abundant with locally grown produce, with six farmers markets held on different weekends in different towns, including the well-known Gisborne Old Time Market and Hanging Rock Craft Market. Whether you are after freshly grown vegetables and fruit, or unique art and crafts - each town market offers its own unique atmosphere and authentic country character.
Not only that, if you take a drive down the scenic backcountry roads, you will find all sorts of treasures, from fresh honey to fresh flowers, directly outside the farmers gates - it doesn't get much fresher than that.
